What does ClickTrail do?

ClickTrail creates and manages short campaign links, records link activity, and helps teams review destination reliability and campaign performance.

Can I change a link after sharing it?

You can edit a saved link's destination and sharing details from its detail page. Its short URL stays the same, so existing placements continue to use that link.

Why are some analytics marked estimated?

Some values, including visitor, conversion, or revenue figures, may be calculated from available activity and configured assumptions. ClickTrail labels estimates so they are not mistaken for directly measured results.

Does a green launch check mean every link was audited?

No. A reliability check is only confirmed after a current audit completes and covers the campaign's eligible links. The campaign page shows audit coverage and whether results are current.

Why might a recommendation not appear yet?

ClickTrail withholds some recommendations until the link has enough activity across multiple days. Sparse data is not enough to identify a dependable pattern.

Where can I get help with my account?

Open Support from your ClickTrail dashboard to contact the support team. The Documentation page also links to the main product areas.
